Watch carefully where web forms are located. Phishers like to play a trick on their victims - they set up forms that lead you to legitimate umn.edu web pages:
Because this form redirected folks to www.umn.edu - a place that made sense to them since it was supposed to BE a University of Minnesota form, many who filled in the form forgot that they'd even done it!
UMN.EDU sign-ins will be hosted at addresses ending in .umn.edu
